Sprint vs. Marathon
A Marathon is 42.2km. That’s a long distance. A Sprint can be anywhere from 50 to 100 to 200 meters. Not so far.
In the context of our goals, the challenge can be maintaining our energy, enthusiasm, and focus over a longer term, when our “legs” are getting tired, if you know what I mean.
Let’s break the Marathon down a little bit: What if you took a really big Marathon Goal, and broke it down into small sprints.
